Regan Kane, GRI, Broker, has been a realtor with John McDonald Realty since 1998, specializing in residential and commercial real estate. He continues to work in the family business which was started by his grandfather, John McDonald, in 1935. Regan is very involved in his community serving as Bay Saint Louis Rotary President, President of the Hancock County Tourism Bureau, Board Member of the Hancock County Chamber of Commerce, and Chair of the Bay Saint Louis Parks and Recreation Commission. He is married to Jana and they have two children, Ann Pierson and Waring.

Mary Bunch joined John McDonald Realty Co. in 2012. She is the 4th generation South Mississippian in her family to be involved in the real estate field. Her career in investment properties began in the early 1990’s. In 2008, she left the family business and decided to get her real estate license. Mary has been involved in residential, commercial and recreational real estate projects throughout Mississippi. Her initial focus was on recreational, hunting and timber tracts, however, since joining John McDonald Realty Co. she has expanded her focus to residential, multi-family and commercial projects as well. Mary continues to be a top producer in her agency.

Jeanne Baxter joined John McDonald Realty in 2013 as a Broker Associate. Jeanne has been a licensed attorney and member of the Mississippi Bar Association since 1999. During her career as an attorney, she worked as an associate at Allen, Vaughn, Cobb & Hood, PA in Gulfport, MS and at Gex and Artigues, PA in Waveland, MS. Jeanne also served as a Staff Attorney for the Eighth Chancery Court District in Gulfport. Jeanne and her husband, John, are actively involved in their community where they enjoy raising their two children, William and Rebecca.

Meet Stephanie Guthre – Licensed Real Estate Broker Associate with John McDonald Realty. As the daughter of a highly successful Real Estate professional, Stephanie learned the industry from one of the best. She has over 25 years experience on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and the Florida Keys. Stephanie graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a BS in Education. She combines her love of the Real Estate industry with her passion for education.

Stephanie understands what it is like to stand in her clients’ shoes. Relocating several times, due to her husbands Military career, she has gained first hand knowledge through her personal experience. She prides herself in her passionate and heartfelt drive to serve her clients’ best interests.

Stephanie is a native of Bay St. Louis and lives with her husband and son in Bay St. Louis, MS. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys reading, boating, art projects with her son and attending local neighborhood festivals.

Aissa Wiggins brings more than 18 years of experience in hospitality, sales, and marketing to her career in real estate. Her professional background includes working with Chambers of Commerce, tourism organizations, and the casino industry, where she built a reputation for developing strong relationships, promoting the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and working with clients from all walks of life.

In 2016, Aissa turned her longtime passion for “house hunting” into a new career when she joined John McDonald Realty. Since then, she has been helping buyers and sellers successfully navigate the Mississippi Gulf Coast real estate market. Her extensive background in sales, marketing, tourism, and customer service has allowed her to genuinely commit to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals.

Throughout her career, Aissa has been recognized for both her professional accomplishments and commitment to the community. She was named one of the Hancock Chamber’s Top 10 Outstanding Citizens, is a Paul Harris Fellow recipient, and most recently earned recognition among Real Producers’ Top 50 real estate agents on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. These honors reflect the same dedication, strong relationships, and commitment to service that Aissa brings to every real estate transaction.

Aissa is also deeply involved in her community and has served on numerous boards and committees throughout the years. Most recently, she chaired the highly successful annual Parade of Homes through the Hancock Chamber’s Relocation Committee, helping showcase local homes and the unique lifestyle that makes the Mississippi Gulf Coast such a special place to call home.

After 25 years in the gaming and hospitality industry, Brian brought his passion for customer service into real estate in 2016. Since then, he has had the privilege of helping buyers and sellers navigate their real estate needs with the same commitment to service, communication, and personal attention that has guided him throughout his career.

When he's not helping clients, he enjoys spending time with his two daughters, Jaedyn and Brilee Necaise.

Robert Kane graduated from Louisiana State University in 1969. He has been a Real Estate Broker & Realtor for 37 years serving as a Property Manager & Developer of commercial and residential Real Estate for John McDonald Realty.

He is a present Board Member and former President of the Mississippi Gulf Coast Foreign Trade Zone.

Appointed to the Hancock County Port & Harbor Commission in 1998, he currently serves as President of the Commission. Mr. Kane serves on the Economic Development, Finance & Budget and Insurance Committees.

Stewart Abercrombie, licensed real estate agent with JMR Realty, has been living part time on the Mississippi Gulf Coast since 2002. After many years of splitting his time between Baton Rouge, LA and Bay St. Louis, MS, he and his wife Sara made the move to become full time residents of Mississippi in the fall of 2021.

Up until that time, Stewart was the founder and CEO of a Baton Rouge based litigation support business, Quality Litigation Support. In that role for 26 years, Stewart learned the critical importance of customer service, professionalism in business, and attention to detail.

He joined JMR realty in the January of 2023. In his spare time Stewart enjoys fishing, hunting, and boating out to the Gulf Coast Islands as a charter boat captain with "The Bay Bum".
